-The home must be fully prepared before the photographer arrives to ensure a smooth and efficient session.
-All cleaning, decluttering, and staging should be completed in advance.
-Floors should be spotless, countertops cleared, and personal items such as toiletries, pet supplies, and toys stored out of sight.
-Beds must be neatly made, lights turned on, and ceiling fans off. Windows should be clean, and blinds adjusted for natural light.
-Kitchens and bathrooms should be free of clutter, with sinks and counters empty. -Outside, lawns should be mowed, driveways cleared, and outdoor furniture arranged. Vehicles should be moved from view.
-Final touches must be done beforehand to allow for the best possible photos.
